JF Restaurants is looking for dynamic an experienced Manager thatis passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences to join our team!If you have a proven track record inrestaurant operations, optimizing the guest experience, and leading a team to success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leanding and directing staff in service, and oversight of front door operations within the F&B outlet.● Develop and maintain: ○ Service Training ○ Front Door Operations ○ Profitability of Business Unit ○ Hourly Employee Development ● Providing input on schedules and payroll ● Employee tracking and management ● Provide attentiveness and excellent service to VIP guests within the hotel ● Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution ● Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolving issues ● Prepare daily pre-shifts ● Review daily minutes from service and create action plan for improvement ● Attend F&B operations meetings as required ● Compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes as well as Company safety and security policiesSubset Responsibilities: ● Daily floor manager responsibilities including approving time punches, processing tip sheets and tip pools, sending nightly reports and completing opening and closing duties as assigned ● Advise General Manager on any negative developing trends, with proposed action plan ● Develop and audit SOPS regarding employee life cycle
